Editorial board for the Susanne Kaufmann Ectoin Repair collection, amber serum bottle in sunlight

This concept treats a social carousel like a small magazine: renders of the Ectoin Repair serum and moisturizer, art-directed in warm window light, then typeset into an editorial sequence.

The challenge

Premium skincare brands publish beautiful single images all the time. The gap is sequence: imagery designed to be read in order, with typography that belongs to the same world as the render.

Creative direction

Amber glass, frosted plastic, morning light through a window. Every board pairs a render with editorial typesetting, and one board says the quiet part out loud: designed to feel photographed.

Process

  1. 01Amber glass and frosted plastic material development
  2. 02Physically accurate refraction and soft studio lighting
  3. 03High-end product rendering
  4. 04Editorial layout of the sequence as social boards

Final work

04 images

Product visualization board with the Ectoin Repair serum and the line 'Designed to feel photographed'

Where it lives

  • Instagram carousel sequence
  • Portfolio boards

Result

A finished editorial sequence that demonstrates the studio's render-to-layout range in one artifact, from material study to typeset board.
